What is valet or meet & greet parking?
Meet & greet parking or valet parking is a service that provides a driver to collect your car from the terminal on departure, park your car and return your car back to you on your arrival.

Do I need to book in advance?
It is always best to give us as much notice as possible when booking your parking to guarantee the meet time you want. However we do understand sometimes trips are last minute and we are always able to arrange a chauffer for you subject to availability at no extra cost.

Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive an automated confirmation of your booking, confirming all the details you have provided us with and confirmation of the total cost. The confirmation will also provide you with details of the procedure when meeting us.

What if I am going to arrive at the airport at a different time than I booked?
We understand that unforeseeable traffic conditions may result in you arriving earlier or later at the airport than originally booked. We are used to dealing with this situation and would ask you call us as soon possible giving us as much notice as possible to any time change so as that we can reorganise and make a driver available for you as soon as possible.

How will I know I am giving my car to one of your employees?
Our staff will greet you by your name and have a printed out booking form with the Star Parking logo on it. The details on the booking form will be the same as the details you provided us.

How far will you be taking my car and how will I know it is secure?
Your car is driven approximately 3.5 miles from terminals 1, 2 and 3 and 7.5 miles from terminal 4 to a secure car park. Our drivers log the mileage of your vehicle on collection, of which you receive a copy of so you know how far your car has been driven.
